Free Birthday Lotto rules
Updated 26 March 2018.
This is a short version of our rules and should be read together with our standard terms & conditions. You can also find more details information in our help section.
All users must be over 18 to register, if you are under 18 an adult may register and play on your behalf.
Entering your initials, date of birth and email address means that a ticket is created combining your initials and date of birth; this ticket goes into a pool of all registered tickets from which we draw a winning ticket number at random.
There are different draws taking place at different times as specified on the site.
Daily Super Draw – this is the main daily draw on the home page and all registered users are entered into it.
Daily Accumulator Draw – this draw runs daily from Monday to Sunday and the prize will increase each day until the main prize is drawn on Sunday. All users are automatically entered into the draw but the more times you visit the Daily Accumulator Draw, the better chance you have of winning, each daily visit gives you one extra entry. For this draw, unclaimed prizes do not roll over. ** This draw is paused from 26/03/2018 until further notice **
Monthly Mega Draw – this draw takes place once a month and all users are automatically included. The more times you visit the Monthly Mega Draw page, the better chance you have of winning, each day you visit gives you one extra entry into the draw. For this draw, unclaimed prizes do not roll over. ** This draw is paused from 26/03/2018 until further notice **
Bonus Draw – the daily bonus draw is available to users who have achieved a certain bonus level. The prize does not roll over if it is unclaimed. ** This draw is paused from 26/03/2018 until further notice **
Video Draw – the draw is open to all users and it takes place every day. The winning ticket will appear when you watch the video displayed on the page. The prize does not roll over if it is unclaimed. ** This draw is paused from 26/03/2018 until further notice **
Only tickets that are registered by users and eligible for the particular draw will be drawn so that there is always at least one eligible winner.
All ticket entries have an equal chance of winning.
If the same initials and date of birth have been entered more than once (by different users) the prize will be shared between them if the particular ticket is drawn.
You can only have one set of Initials and date of birth and one email registered at any time. We may suspend/block users if we find the rules are being breached.
Only registered users may claim the prize, you must click the ‘claim’ button before the next draw or the winnings will be forfeited. You will only see this button when you have won.
Once a player has claimed they have secured a share of the prize amount. The share they finally get depends on how many others with them same winning ticket claim before the next draw.
We send out email reminders to help ensure you do not miss any draws. We are not liable for missed winnings if our emails are caught up in your spam filters or fail to arrive successfully – please add our email firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list.
In order to keep the site fair we reserve the right to query certain entries. In particular, 'role' based email addresses (eg. email@example.com) or non-personal addresses (eg. firstname.lastname@example.org) are likely to be queried. We ask that you avoid using such email addresses if you can.
We reserve the right to withhold winnings if we cannot ascertain that the entry is legitimate. We may require proof of address.
We may suspend registered users if they have not visited the site for several months. Accounts will be reactivated the next time the logs in or clicks through one of our reminder emails.
